Momma's got the bike!

If you’ve been an avid biker all your life, being asked to consider driving around in a car after you become a mom is definitely going to be very challenging for you. However, there are a number of parent-friendly bikes in the market that allow young mothers to bring their toddlers and newborns along with them when they need to go biking around town. The Angelino Petite Assista created by Bridgestone is a brand new modular and smart electric bike that was designed keeping in mind the needs of moms who prefer to bike.

Fitted with adjustable safety seats, the e-bike allows moms to stay active while traveling conveniently across shorter distances like grocery stores and parks. Instead of leaving moms to struggle with strollers, buses and cars, the Angelino Petite Assista bike is designed to accommodate a child safety seat in the front while the seat at the back comes with a built-in child safety seat.

Featuring a seat belt and an adjustable head guard, both the child seats provide optimum safety and protection to children. Sliding foot rests and a reclining function enables the bike to be used for older children as well and the entire setup can be used to serve as a shopping cart when children are not placed in both the seats.
